Unfortunately, significant housekeeping issues arose. our request for fresh towels went unanswered, and the carpets were in dire need of a clean, leaving our socks blackened by the end of the day.

Just a great fit for a couple of nights in Frankfort with attractive and competitive value for money. The made-to-order waffles at breakfast were a nice touch that made mornings enjoyable. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely use the earplugs provided in your room.

A surprising indoor pool experience

The room was clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was hearty with additional choices like bacon and sausage.

However, the indoor/outdoor pool was cold and had bugs floating around, which can be discouraging. Additionally, the carts for luggage were unreliable due to flat tires, making transport tedious.

The quiet atmosphere throughout our stay was a major plus. But, the TV didn't get a good signal, which was kind of a bummer. All in all, it was a nice stay, especially for a family getaway.
